Causeway is an experimental branching narrative experience in which even the smallest decisions make big waves. The path you walk reflects your choices and the world evolves around you.

The game was developed initially in under 48 hours as part of the Global Game Jam 2017. My role in this project was primarily putting the game together in engine, scripting gameplay, implementing audio, constructing terrain and importing assets. I also contributed to the design and writing of the game, while I also helped form the visual identity of the game.

To the surprise of myself and the rest of the team, the game achieved widespread success upon release, amassing over a quarter of a million views on Youtube. The game was also selected as a top free game by popular media outlets such as Rock, Paper, Shotgun, PC Gamer and Free Game Planet.
